All listings featured on PARKSEASY go through a strict two-stage verification process: (1) Identity and phone verification of the landlord, and (2) On-site physical checks or AI-based photographic quality verification to ensure the space amenities (CCTV, Covered, Security) match the description.
Yes. If you pay the unlock fee and discover that the landlord's contact details are invalid or they refuse to connect, you can click "Support" or query us under the "Payment & Unlock Issue" category. Upon quick verification, the unlock fee will be refunded back to your source account within 24 hours.
Earnings depend on the location and type of parking (covered, open, basement). Hosts in dense IT clusters like Koramangala (Bangalore) or Hinjewadi (Pune) typically make between ₹2,000 to ₹4,500/month for open spaces and up to ₹8,500/month for secure covered/basement spots.
