By accessing, registering, or using the PARKSEASY platform, mobile interface, or digital services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, PARKSEASY's Privacy Policy, and PARKSEASY's Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of PARKSEASY services immediately.
2. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Whether you are accessing PARKSEASY as a Parking Finder (Driver) or a Space Host (Landlord), you agree to:
- Provide authentic, accurate, and up-to-date information during signup, contact verification, or spot listing.
- Ensure parking spaces listed are legitimately owned, managed, or authorized for vehicle parking.
- Treat community members, landlords, and drivers with mutual respect and adhere to local municipal guidelines.
- Not utilize PARKSEASY for unlawful parking, unauthorized subletting, or fraudulent listings.
3. Service Fees, Contact Unlocks & Payments
PARKSEASY connects drivers and verified space hosts on a 0% ongoing commission model:
- Finder Contact Unlock: Finders pay a nominal digital unlock fee (₹99 for single contact or ₹399 for 5-contact multi-unlock pack) to receive direct landlord phone numbers, WhatsApp chats, and downloadable GST Tax Invoices.
- Host Registration: Property owners pay a one-time onboarding fee of ₹500 to list unlimited parking spaces across the network.
- Direct Rent Settlement: Applicable parking rent or hourly/daily charges are paid directly between the parking finder and the host.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data, phone numbers, and transaction details are encrypted and processed strictly in accordance with PARKSEASY's Privacy Policy. PARKSEASY never sells personal contact details to third-party advertisers.
5. Limitation of Liability & Contact Sharing Disclaimer
PARKSEASY operates as an online discovery and verified connection platform. PARKSEASY does not own, manage, or physically secure individual parking properties. Drivers and hosts are encouraged to inspect spots and mutually agree on physical parking terms before leaving vehicles.
Furthermore, PARKSEASY is strictly not responsible or liable if any third party uses, distributes, or misuses the phone numbers, addresses, or personal details revealed between landlords (hosts) and parking finders (drivers) after a contact unlock transaction. Users connect and communicate directly at their own independent discretion.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
